Helpful Tip: Improving your posture is the quickest and easiest way to look and feel better! Slouching takes inches off your height and actually makes you look rounder in your mid-section. Practice good posture by keeping your back straight and your shoulders back. Distribute your weight evenly on your hips. Your body and reflection will feel 100% better!

One of the Many Advantages of training at PSDS Tactical Center….
Shooting paper targets at a range… you’re not pumped up, there’s no adrenalin rush, no danger, nothing to fear. It’s easy to keep a calm steady hand when they (paper targets) aren’t shooting back. The patterns of range shooting doesn’t match the patterns of a real life encounter; which could ultimately cost you your life. In a real life or death encounter; your target shoots back at you and moves. Your gun may be wobbling, because your trying to breath and your body is trembling…. you are under sudden stress and fear: pupils dilate, heart rate soars, adrenaline is at a high, your stomach and bowels are in turmoil and your ability to distinguish time, color and distance diminish… you revert without thinking to the habits you have learned in training. No one should ever under-estimate the importance that basic fundamentals of marksmanship can play in armed encounters. But, they should be regarded as the foundation, not the finished product of survival.
At PSDS Tactical Training Center… you are trained in a 2000 sq ft tactical training shoot house:
Shoot – Move – Think – Verbalize
* Paper Targets / 3D Targets / Live Aggressors
– home invasion * work place violence * soft target scenario based training
